John Kaplan (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) is a messy, shady art dealer but he&#8217;s also the best in the world at spotting fakes. The paths of the two, seemingly so distant, will meet at a crucial crossroads, when the theft of Warhol&#8217;s Marilyn will start a series of unexpected events that will turn their lives upside down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the same occasion there was the Vernissage of the group exhibition in which some of the works of the artists featured in the film were exhibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In American Night we also encounter the works of internationally renowned artists such as <strong>Andy Warhol, &#8220;Pink Marilyn&#8221;<\/strong>; Mario Schifano, &#8220;Propaganda&#8221;; Universal Everything, &#8220;Prototype 17&#8221; and Jeff Koons, &#8220;Baloon Rabbit&#8221;; Tullio Crali, &#8220;Incuneandosi nell&#8217;abitato&#8221;.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the international exponents of the contemporary art scene who are guests of the exhibition will be works by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Davide Dall&#8217;Osso<\/strong>, <strong>&#8220;Duende&#8221;, &#8220;Selvaggio&#8221;, &#8220;Lenisci&#8221;, &#8220;La folla&#8221;, &#8220;Delle Onde&#8221;, &#8220;Della Sabbia&#8221; and &#8220;Cavallo da muro&#8221;;<\/strong><\/li><li>Andrea Roggi, &#8220;Our Roots for a New Future.&#8221;<\/li><li>Anthony Moman, &#8220;Sick&#8221; and &#8220;The Devil&#8217;s in the Detail.&#8221;<\/li><li>Emanuele Giannelli, &#8220;Korf 17.&#8221;<\/li><li>Gotti Bernh\u00f6ft, &#8220;The Real Captain America,&#8221; &#8220;Father Like Son,&#8221; &#8220;Evolution of Capitalism,&#8221; &#8220;Iseelkill&#8221; , &#8220;Never Mind&#8221;;<\/li><li>Nakama Kouhei, &#8220;Diffusion&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>His works were chosen to be included in the film directed by Alessio della Valle with a great cast: Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Emile Hirsch, Paz Vega and many others.
