Monday 15 July at 9:30 p.m
Sconcerto d’amore
Second appointment with the summer shows of “Teatro al Popolo” with “Sconcerto d’amore”, a comedy concert-show with aerial acrobatics, musical juggling and sound feats. Nando and Maila made a bet: to play the musicians of the impossible by transforming the self-supporting structure, where the trapezoid and the aerial fabrics hang, into an unpredictable orchestra of instruments.
The poles of the structure become drums, double bass, cello, harp and bells and create a magical atmosphere defining an unusual sound world.
Free admission. In case of bad weather the show will be held inside the Teatro del Popolo.
Location: Piazza Gramsci.

Brothers and sisters – The hour of air
Unmissable annual appointment with the mini theatrical review by Teatro Castello, which takes its name from the original venue of the shows, or the former prison mandamental citizen. Hence the hour of air or recreation granted to prisoners.
Thursday, July 18 will be staged “Brothers and sisters” by the Company “Gli Avanzati” (Lucca), a bitter and minimalist comedy that stages a situation as delicate as reading a testament. The protagonists are four brothers who gather in the office of a notary to listen to the last will of their deceased father, a very wealthy man. The disappointment of their expectations will make the masks fall from “decent people”, showing their true nature in a crescendo of grotesque situations and absurd confessions.
Location: ex Arena, via XX Settembre.
