From the legendary and “popular” Fiat 500 to the gritty Alfa Romeo “Giulia”. From the A112 “Abarth” to the Fiat 124, a sedan initially conceived for a higher target market. On Sunday 13 April, Piazza Gramsci is the venue for the 25th vintage car rally, an initiative promoted by the Valdelsa (Certaldo-Castelfiorentino) “Fiat 500” Group with the patronage of the Municipality.
On show will be a few dozen cars that have accompanied the dreams and carefree years of past generations, as well as the memories – not immune from a hint of nostalgia – shared with their parents and relatives.
Starting at 8.30 a.m., the cars will be on display in Piazza Gramsci (registration of participants at Pasticceria Napoletana), while at 11.30 a.m. a tour of the surrounding hills of Valdelsa (Montespertoli, Gambassi Terme, Montaione) is scheduled, with lunch at 1 p.m. in a restaurant with special agreements.
For those who own a vintage car and wish to participate in the event, it is necessary to make a reservation. For further information and bookings you can contact the Valdelsa “Fiat 500” group by e-mail (info@fiat500valdelsa.it) or by phone: Vincenzo (President) +39 360707622, Paolo +39 3382787174.
