An “amateur, friendly, open to the public and award-winning” orchestra, this is the calling card of the musical group that, for the ninth time, will return to perform in the city of Castelfiorentino.
A multigenerational and multidisciplinary group open to everyone, from those who are new to musical instruments to those who already have some experience behind them. The weekly meetings serve to consolidate the basics, brush up on previous skills or get closer to the world of the seven notes. There are many initiatives: events, residential activities, side groups to collaborate with.
On Friday 23 August, The Cobweb Orchestra will perform inside the Monastery of Santa Maria della Marca, on the notes of Bartok, Corelli, Dvorak, Elgar, Haydn, Jackson, Kirby, Smith. Admission is free.
