Rediscover the joy of a family bike ride through the streets of the city centre, without the risk posed by passing traffic. An invitation to get on your bike, which has always been linked to an environmental and charitable cause: the decision to give blood, which also requires you to be in good health.
These are the details of the “In Bici per la Città” initiative, a traditional cycle tour organised by Avis Castelfiorentino under the patronage of the local Council, which will take place on Sunday 10 May, with registration starting at 9.00 a.m. in Piazza Gramsci. The event is an amateur cycling gathering, open to all categories, in which people of all ages can take part.
The tour is scheduled to start at 10.30 a.m. with a long group ride through the town’s streets. At 11.15 a.m. there will be a short stop for refreshments, and at 11.45 a.m. the group will set off on the second part of the tour, returning to Piazza Gramsci at around 12.15 p.m.
