Mutual respect, brotherhood, joy and serenity. These are the founding values of the philosophy of the “Bikers” (whose slogan is “Come in peace, or stay at home”), who on Saturday 7 September will give life to a get-together and party under the banner of friendship in the hamlet of Dogana (Castelfiorentino).
Promoted by the TNT Biker group section of the Castelfiorentino MotoClub with the patronage of the municipality, the event will kick off in the afternoon (4.00 p.m. onwards) with the meeting of all participants at the Circolo Arci di Dogana (via 8 marzo), so that everyone can meet in person and socialise, perhaps sipping a good glass of beer.
The various “Bikers” groups have always been very proud of their identity. Each member likes to distinguish himself or herself with his or her own ‘nickname’, perhaps due to an aspect of character, a resemblance to some character, or a particular attitude.
The party – which in the past has had as many as 300 participants from various regions of Italy – is open to everyone (motorcyclists and not).
In the evening, at 8:00 p.m., there will be dinner, with different types of menus, able to satisfy any need (including vegetarians and vegans), but it is very likely that the queen of the evening will be – once again – steak.
At the same time, the first musical band, “The Perched Acoustic”, will perform, while at 10.30 p.m. “The Moonshine” will burst into the party with the most famous songs that punctuated the 80s and 90s.
Awards will be presented to all the biker bands that will participate in the party.
