The event is scheduled for Sunday evening, August 30, at 9:30 p.m. at the Teatro del Popolo, but the contestants will arrive the day before. The event will be broadcast live on Channel 50, preceded by eight special episodes titled “Waiting for Miss Tuscany.”
The regional final of Miss Tuscany 2026 returns to Castelfiorentino after two years. The final and highly anticipated stage of the beauty pageant—which has captivated audiences for over thirty evenings as it makes its way through countless squares and venues across our region—was hosted by Castelfiorentino in 2024. Last year brought the major change of moving the event to Capoliveri on the Island of Elba. Now it returns to Castelfiorentino, to everyone’s delight—particularly the Castelfiorentino municipal administration, Confesercenti, and CCN Tre Piazze, who believe in the value of the event, as well as the Syriostar agency, which has been organizing Miss Tuscany for many years.
The most coveted sash and crown will be awarded on the evening of Sunday, August 30, in the charming setting of the Teatro del Popolo. However, the beauty pageant will involve Castelfiorentino for two days, as the finalists—selected during the semifinal on August 2—will arrive in town as early as the morning of August 29. The big news is that the Miss Toscana 2026 grand finale will feature a new format compared to previous years. It will be a purely televised show, without runway walks, but rather a full-fledged variety show. All of this without overlooking a fundamental fact: the beauty of the contestants will remain at the heart of it all.
The two-day program is still being finalized and will include the organization of the competitions as well as the production of an opening sequence featuring all the participants. There will also be official events and sessions reserved for sponsors, and plans are underway to organize an event on August 29 as well.
The lineup for the event will feature some changes compared to previous years, and efforts will be made to enrich the panel of guest judges with prominent figures from national television. Of course, the guest list will be announced over the coming weeks through newspapers, TV, and radio, as well as via social media channels.
Once again this year, the organizers at Syriostar—the agency that holds the license for the Miss Italia pageant in Tuscany—have confirmed their agreement with the TV station 50 Canale, which will broadcast the grand finale live on August 30 starting at 9:00 p.m., featuring interviews with guests, sponsors, and representatives from various institutions, as well as live reports from backstage. Once again, 50 Canale will air an eight-episode special titled “Aspettando Miss Toscana,” which has grown significantly in recent years—in 2025, it consisted of only five episodes. “For us as well,” explains Alessio Stefanelli, owner of Syriostar, “this is a gamble, but one we’re determined to win because we want to grow and firmly believe in Castelfiorentino’s potential.” Stefanelli extends his thanks for the collaboration and support shown by those who firmly believe in this project. “Paolo Antilli, president of Confesercenti and CCN Tre Piazze, is playing a key role in bringing Miss Toscana back to Castelfiorentino.”Antilli has always believed in the project and has worked—and continues to work—hard to coordinate the entire organization with the help of local business partners. “Paolo,” explains Stefanelli, “has been a friend of the Syriostar family for over 10 years and firmly believes in the value of the event.” Alessio Stefanelli extends his heartfelt thanks to Mayor Francesca Giannì, “who immediately supported us and helped Paolo Antilli by providing the necessary collaboration to set up the organization.” Working alongside the mayor with great passion and expertise are the Councilor for Commerce, Gianluca D’Alessio, and the Councilor for Culture, Franco Spina. Alessio Stefanelli of Syriostar also extended his final thanks to Banca di Cambiano 1884 and the Fondazione Teatro del Popolo—both of which were indispensable to the event’s realization—as well as to all the sponsors.
